# Agencies

## Agencies

Alongside our insurance products, we also offer “Hübener inside” insurance solutions. We have entered into agreements with selected agencies (MGAs), have harmonised terms and conditions with them and have defined a pricing framework. When handling the individual contracts, the agencies act free of specific instructions. They are directly responsible for quotations, documentation, contract processing, premium collection and claims handling. Hübener deliberately remains in the background, while at the same time supporting the agencies with our experience. The products can only be obtained from the agencies and not directly from Hübener.

This means that information on a specific contract or claim can only be provided by the respective agency.
